Cure skin with hydromassage
Hydromassage is no longer a beauty farm dream or a privilege for the most fortunate that have a predisposed tub. Today everyone can afford a bath in their own home: it is sufficient to buy an appropriate ''rug'' that, is connected to a pump that frees ozone, this transforms water in beneficial bubbling water.
To take best advantage of hydromassage you need to use it correctly. "The first rule to know is this one: "never to it everyday" says dr. Alberto Massirone, thermal doctor in Milan. "To make the skin more elastic, smooth and toned, you should not stay over the right amount of time which means no longer than twenty minutes and practice it only 2-3 times per week. With this frequency and duration, the hydromassage stimulates even circulation and contributes to prevent and reduce cellulite''.
SOME ADVICE
Before hydromassage do a scrub over your whole body, to eleminate the dead cells and insist especially on the thighs, gluteus, arms and belly, but don't forget elbows knees and ankles, where the skin is hard and dry and needs to be softened. Soon after shower your body with a warm waterjet.
In order to have the hydromassage have wished effect ''you need to make sure the water temperature doesn't exceed 32 grades, otherwise the capillaries could break''says Massirone. "The ideal hydromassage has to be a uniform micromassage, able to reactivate the circulation and favor the oxigenation of the skin. Only this way can help cells regenerate. All this is translated into a more elastic and clear skin. But hydromassage is used also to reduce cellulite. Water is pumped with force on the skin creating a real massage, that helps the parts of fat melt.
If you wish to potentiate the benefits, put two spoons of bicarbonate in the tub to make your skin silky and a few drops of scented essential oils, plant extrats. The important is that they don't produce foam. This, infact, stimulated by strong water jets, would increase to no mesure, detaining a correct massage of the water. Therefore you should use specific essential oils, made of milk, mayflower, horse-chestnut grapefruit, that leave the skin smooth and toned. To fight cellulite, instead, prefer essential oils like cypress that has a draining and anti-inflamation action.
After a hydromassage it is advised to lay on a bed for twenty minutes rapped in a bathrobe to allow your body pressure, altered by the heat and the massage to return to normality and at last hydrate skin well. Opening the pores of the skin and eliminating dead cells, hydromassage cleans the skin and allows it to absorb any cosmetic product.''
