The lessons are simple and affordable, is a complete sport. Usually is a group of fifteen people of any age and sex. They have a musical backgroung, and if the music goes at 120 BMP in a minute, the pedallings must be 60 with the right calf and 60 with the left one.

The Acqua Bike is adjustable and placed at 100/170 cm waterdepth, while the water must arrive to the height of chest or pelvis.
